Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
The Terms of Service describes about services and application provided by Ryo(The service provider). Users should adhere and agree with the Terms of Service, regarding services and applications that provided by this service provider.
(1) Definition
The following terms is defined as bellow in the Terms of Service.
| 1 "The service" | Services and application which are provided by the service provider. |
| 2 "The contents" | Materials(font, sounds, images, movies, programs, source codes, etc...) which are used in the service. |
| 3 "User" | Users who use the service. |
(2) Agreement of the Terms of Service
User must agree with the Terms of service to use the service. When user agree in the service, a service contract is closed. In cases where the user is a minor, the user shall gain the consent of a parent or other legal representative, guardian, conservator or curator.
(3) Amendment of the Terms of Service
The service provider can amend the Terms of Service, and user must agree with it. When user uses the service, it is deemed as agreement of the amendment.
(4) Management of personal information
It follows by the Privacy Policy which is defined by the service provider.
(5) Prohibited matters User
The service provider prohibits users from taking actions stipulated below.
1 Actions that violate or may violate the (including but not limited to copyrights, patent rights, trade secrets, property rights, honor rights, and privacy rights) of the service provider, other users or third parties.
2 Actions that defame the service provider, other users or third parties.
3 Actions that cause the damage of the service provider, other users or third parties.
4 Not limited the above, sctions which are judged by the service provider as inappropriate.
※ All rights regarding the service including copyrights belong to the service provider or third parties.
(6) Indemnity
The service provider don't have the responsibility for any troubles and damages by using the service.
(7) Advertising
Various advertisements can appear in the service. User must agree with it.
This is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
